750 kV SS “Zaporizhska”

– Works on the installation of bushings, attachable equipment and the full set of oil filling operations, including all necessary tests of PST3 phase B, C, are completed. Works on the installation of attachable equipment and oil filling of AT3 phase C are being carried out.

– Works on the installation and bus arrangement of new power high-voltage equipment in AT3 connection bay to 750 kV outdoor switchgear are completed.

– Works on the installation and connection of power and control cables are being performed.

– The installation of equipment in auxiliary building 2, valve switch chamber building 5 and the arrangement of fire water supply networks is completed.

– Construction of oil receiver for AT3 and PST3 is nearing completion.

– Works on the installation of 15, 75 kV busducts and connection to phases AT3 and PST3 are being performed.

– Works on the replacement of the existing high-voltage power equipment at 330 kV outdoor switchgear, 750 kV outdoor switchgear (VT of second busbar
section) and auxiliary system equipment, including 6 kV metal-clad switchgear, are being performed.

– The existing trunk cable ducts are being repaired and the existing gantry structures of 750 kV outdoor switchgear are being covered with anticorrosion materials.

All 3 phases of the new AT3 and PST3 have been moved from their storage location to the installation site. Works on the installation of bushings, attachable equipment and the full set of oil filling operations, including all necessary tests of PST3 phase A, are completed. Works on the installation of attachable equipment and oil filling of AT3 phase A are in progress.

Works on the installation and bus arrangement of new power high-voltage equipment in AT3 connection bay to 750 kV outdoor switchgear have been completed. Works on installation and connection of power and control cables are in progress.

Works on the installation of 15, 75 kV busducts, and the construction of auxiliary building 2, valve switch chamber building 5 and the arrangement of fire water supply networks are ongoing.

Construction of oil receiver for AT3 and PST3 has started.

Works on the replacement of the existing high-voltage power equipment at 330 kV outdoor switchgear and auxiliary system equipment, including 6 kV metal-clad switchgear, are being performed.

The repair of the existing trunk cable ducts and the covering of the existing gantry structures of 750 kV outdoor switchgear with anticorrosion materials are carried out.

The supply of equipment required for the Contract implementation is ongoing and the following construction and installation works are in progress:

– arrangement of foundations for 750kV and 330kV outdoor switchgears

equipment;

– installation of supporting structures and 750kV and 330kV outdoor

switchgears equipment;

– AT3 transformer gantry bus arrangement;

– installation of new cable channels at 750kV and 330kV outdoor switchgears;

– arrangement of the road for AT3 and PST3 transportation from storage to

installation site;

– installation of accumulator battery in 330kV relay panels building.

Equipment delivery required for Contract implementation is ongoing and the following construction and installation works are in progress:

– dismantling works at 750 kV outdoor switchgear;
– arrangement of foundations for 750 kV and 330 kV outdoor switchgears equipment;
– assembly and installation of gantry structures of 750 kV and 330 kV outdoor switchgears;
– arrangement of foundations and oil receiving pits of AT3 and PST3 phases;
– installation of 330 kV cables;
– replacement of 6/0,4 kV unitized auxiliary transformer substation and accumulator battery at 330 kV building of relay panels.

Equipment and materials have been supplied for the performance of works under the Contract at the total value of more than UAH 600 million, including VAT, such as:

– 750 kV and 330 kV power equipment with appropriate supporting metalworks;
– 15,75 kV bus bars and auxiliary equipment (15,75 kV switchgear, 6/0, kV metal-clad switchgear);
– 330 kV cables;
– wire and coupling fittings for 330kV outdoor switchgear bus arrangement;
– RP and EA panels and microprocessor terminals;
– control and power cables for voltages up to 1 kV.

Construction and installation works have been started (Permission for the performance of construction works was obtained on 02.02.2021), such as:

– installation of foundations of gantry’s structures and equipment of 750 kV and 330 kV outdoor switchgears;
– arrangement of foundations and oil receiving pits of AT3 and PST3 phases;
– arrangement of a construction part for 330 kV CLs (cable lines) laying;
– assembly and installation of gantry’s structures of outdoor illumination and lightning protection masts;
– replacement of bottom ceiling in 750 kV and 330 kV relay houses.

A set of developed design documentation for the stage P , which received positive evaluation report from the State Expertise was handed over to the Customer.

Delivery of 330 kV circuit-breakers and disconnectors, 750 kV and 330 kV current transformers, 330 kV high-frequency barriers was carried out at the construction site.
