Investing in the company’s development
We have purchased new plants for transformer oil treatment ETMA UVM 10-10 U1 and for air drying ETMA Sukhovii-6 U1.
Accordingly, our specialists visited the manufacturer of the plants, PRIVATE JOINT STOCK COMPANY «PROJECT DESING AND TECHNOLOGICAL BUREAU «ELEKTROTECHMONTAZH» (JSC «PDTB «ELEKTROTECHMONTAZH») in Kharkiv and completed the full course of training on how to work with these plants.
ETMA UVM 10-10 U1 plant is designed for degassing, drying, nitriding, filtration and heating of transformer oil, poured into power transformers and other oil-filled equipment with voltage up to 1150 kV inclusive.
Air drying plant ETMA Sukhovii-6 U1 is designed for drying and cleaning the air, used for blowing tanks of power transformers and other equipment with voltage up to 1150 kV inclusive, from mechanical inclusions in the process of their installation, maintenance and servicing.
Thermally accelerated process of vacuum dehydration and degassing of transformer oils is widely recognized as the most economical method for removing dissolved water and gases.
On-site cleaning of transformer oil is the most advantageous, as it allows not only to remove contaminants from insulating fluids, but also to restore the transformer resource by eliminating undesirable components that accumulate in it.
