Production report January 2025 – September 2025

The following equipment was supplied:

– coupling fittings (insulators, hardware clamps, etc.),

– SHAOT cabinet,

– surge arresters 150 kV PCA3E138L6E2M8-170-5 surge arresters 150 kV with SC-13 meter – 3 pcs,

– voltage transformers IVS1F-1.1.1-10000:v3//100:v3/100:3-50/0.5-150/6P (400 VA) – 3 pcs,

oil indicator MS-1-1610 U1.

The following construction works were performed:

dismantling damaged metal structures for 154 kV equipment,

installation of metal structures for 154 kV equipment,

installation of cable channel at 150 kV substation block No. 4,

The following installation works were performed:

dismantling of damaged 154 kV equipment (disconnector, circuit breaker, TS, TN),

repair of block transformer T-4 type TDC-130000/150-U1 with replacement of attached equipment (SHAO, sensors, etc.),

installation of SF6 circuit breaker 154 kV type 150-SFV-40B manufactured by “CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited”

installation of 154 kV disconnector,

installation of 154 kV current transformers,

installation of 154 kV voltage transformers,

installation of 154 kV surge arresters,  installation of busbars VRP-154kV 1СШ, 2СШ,

installation of current and voltage transformers 10kV GA№6, GA№7,

replacement of tension insulating suspensions on portal No. 2 L88,

installation of disconnector 10kV T-14,

replacement of insulators in the bus bridge 10kV T-4,

installation of 0.4kV power line bl.№4,

straightening of excitation system cabinets,

restoration of damaged cable structures,

restoration of the electrical part of the T4 fire extinguishing system,

installation and connection of cable and conductor products,

The following commissioning works were performed:

high-voltage testing and measurement of 154 kV equipment (circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch, TS, TN),

high-voltage testing and measurement of transformers of type TDC-130000/150-U1 and type TDG-10000/150-U1,

high-voltage testing and measurement of 10 kV equipment (disconnector, earthing switch, TS, TN),

high-voltage testing and measurement of excitation transformers,

testing and measurement of the 10 kV bus bridge of the T-4 substation,

testing and measurement of the 0.4 kV current conductor of block No. 4,

testing of secondary switching circuits,

commissioning and adjustment of the main and backup protection of the T5 substation,

commissioning and adjustment of the DZSh-10.5 kV cabinet,

commissioning and adjustment of the RAP cabinet HPP, comprehensive testing of equipment of the 154kV cell of unit No. 4.
